How many call ID can we map to 1 parent ticket ? any limitation.

There is no limit to the number of Child issues you can create under another issue. However, there is a limit to how many Child issues will display when you are viewing the parent. And a large number of child issues can cause the display of the parent issue to be slow.
Creating links between issues is another way that one issue might be mapped to another. This is different than making an issue a Child of another issue.
It is unclear which of these you are asking about.
How many issues are you considering "mapping" to one parent issue?
