How long will the maintenance work take? When can I use Jira Cloud again?

Jira Cloud maintenance is generally categorized into "Planned Maintenance" and "Unplanned Service Outages." Planned maintenance typically does not result in downtime, whereas recovery time for unplanned maintenance depends on the severity of the incident.
To provide a more accurate estimate, please clarify:
What exactly do you see on your screen? Is it a blue "Site under maintenance" page with the Atlassian logo, or a browser error (e.g., 503/404)?
What is the scope of the impact? Is it just you, or is the entire team/site unable to access Jira?
Visit Atlassian Status. If Jira Cloud is marked in red (Outage) or yellow (Degraded), it is a global issue.
Expectation: Atlassian will provide real-time updates. Most incidents are resolved within 1–4 hours.
