How long is a archived item kept in Jira?

Does anyone if you archive something in Jira is it deleted after a certain timeframe? if so do you know how long that timeframe is?

Hi and welcome

In Jira, archived items are not deleted after a certain timeframe.

When you archive an issue, project, or other items, they are retained indefinitely until you choose to unarchive or delete them manually.
