How long does it take until a project is available after submitting creation?

When creating a project, I submitted a request but I have no way of getting in touch with the corresponding teams for an urgent request.. 

Does anyone know how long it will take for it to process?

It depends on the process followed in your organisation. Creating a new project in Jira is a simple task but your Jira Administrators will probably check with you the purpose of the project, whether you need business, software or service management project. Also each project need to have the right set of configurations, whether there is a need of any further customisation or they can reuse existing schemes depends on your requirements, but creating a project with a template should not take more than 2 mins in most cases.
