Inside our company, we have 2 domains, and for a period of time, both domains were accepted inside our Atlassian environment.
We're now trying to get all users to use the same domain, what happens is that when we try to change from domain A to domain B, we get blocked because, at some point in the past, that same user made a login with the B domain (but never used the account, he just logged in).
I have tried to delete the Atlassian account with the B domain to 'set it free' so the user can change from domain A to domain B but we got the same result.
My main question is, after how long can I use the email from the deleted account? 14 days, 30 days?
Has anyone experienced something similar or know how to proceed with this?
