How is it possible to change the date in Roadmaps.

All Jira date settings are already changed to German format like dd.mm.yyyy but in the Roadmap I still see other formats.

The issue that you are facing is related to a bug on the new issue view that also affects the Roadmap. 

• New Issue View does not respect Jira's Advanced Settings Date Format
