How filter in JIRA advanced search only issues whith a development's info to deployed ?

How can I get only in my JIRA search the issues already deployed , according to the development panel ?

These are the functions available which you can use in your JQL to query the development panel related activities.

Hello, your answer responds well to my first question , thank you !

However, I was more looking for a way to filter on the development field "deployed".

As I don't see it in the available function , is there a way to specify it in a custom field ?
