How easy is it to bring multiple companies Jiras together into one and any good merge tools available to bring multiple businesses Jira into one.

Not easy at all. Cloud doesn't support it. There is a paid for tool in the marketplace you can use on the server. Below is a link talking about a workaround. The marketplace tool requires all the JIRA instances to be on the same version.
