I want to turn on parallel sprints for only one project. My assumption is that you turn it on as an option for all projects. Are there any downstream affects this might cause all other projects?
It is a global setting, so it will be enabled for all projects. It just lets you start more than one Sprint at a time, so you will need a people process for those that should not be starting more than one Sprint at a time.
