How does one change the "domain" account profile picture?

Just trying to change that default rocket picture to my org logo, having trouble finding the actual area to set this, I'm sure I'm going to hold my head in my hands when I find out! I ok with pretty much everything else! thank you very much, for any help!admin.PNG

Simple answer is you cannot. Its only something an admin can see so its not an issue.

Freak the admin who has to administrate several domains and gets annoyed with so many generic icons
