It seems as if you are only able to view the last 6 issues related to an account number, etc when using the search button. Previously, it would show all the related issues for the searched number and you could view them all- any way to do this again? Thanks!
Hello there,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know what JQL you are using? Are you searching for issues on Issues and Filters or directly in the project? Also, are you using Jira Server or Cloud?
If possible, send us a screenshot showing where it shows only the last 6 issues.
Regards,
Angélica
Hi,
I'm using Jira Service Desk. What I do is click the magnifying glass icon (sometimes while I'm in Issues and Filters, sometimes when I'm in System Dashboard) to search an account number. Previously when I'd do this it would list all issues related to that number and it had where I could view them all one by one (I could click on one, exit that CSR, then click another on the list). Now it only shows 6 (screenshot attached) even though I know certain accounts have many more issues related. I can only click one, then when I exit, I have to search the number again (no longer has a view all option). This is an issue bc at times I need to see all issues related to a user account. Hope that explains better! Thanks!

I've tested on my local environment and it shows only six results as well.
The "view all" option is not available, but if you click on "Advanced search for Issues" it will redirect to the Issues and Filters showing all the results.
Based on your response, I've created a feature request:
