How do you set working days for a Plan using the improved planning interface

I don't see any way to set the working days for an Advanced Roadmap Plan using the "improved planning interface". Is this possible?

It is difficult to work with because if a story from monday to Friday is 5 days, but if I have to shift it forward I need to extend it to 7 days to account for non working days of Saturday and Sunday. I also don't know how to deal with holidays.

I'm facing the same issue and is preventing me from using advance roadmaps. So frustrating as it was in portfolio
