How do you search in advance search for stories with a code commit?

I am trying to find all issues that have had a code commit completed for them, with no code commit it does not fall under the same audit rules but I need to make sure that all issues with a commit have the necessary criteria applied prior to submission to the auditors.

I have no repository attached to my jira but try this jql:

development[commits].all is not EMPTY
