How do you reset an Atlassian account?

I have a Jira project running. Some of the users were unable to log in to Atlassian or have lost their passwords and now cannot log in. How do I get their accounts reset so they can interact with Jira?

did you give them the URL? If so they should get something like below.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
