I came in lately to a messy JIRA. I noticed that there is a LatestReleaseVersion() or 0.7 ALL. Anything prior to 1.0 is unimportant as far as management is concerned with these tickets. Whenever a new ticket is created, the FixVersion() or AffectedVersion() now show 0.7 ALL as the last released. All subsequent versions are unreleased despite the fact that they have release dates showing. I went in the admin trying to see how to fix this and got an error message. No idea who Bamboo is or how it's connected. PM tells me they 'aren't using' release version, but obviously they did in the past.
