How do you opt to store files only in Australia? (as I need to adhere to security requirements)

I am using Jira to manage jobs with medical providers in Australia, and due to storing confidential data I am hoping to be able to elect that all files stored are done so in the Australian Server.

Data residency is available for Standard, Premium, and Enterprise cloud subscriptions and Australia is available as a region.
