How do you move development fields into issue tabs?

We have development fields (github for us) that appear on our issues as I'm sure a lot of teams do. From here you can create branches for specific issues and monitor the commits etc.

I've been re-organising our issue screens and given that not all issues have branches yet I'd like to put these in a tab as with the image below. 

However I can't seem to move the development fields as they don't appear in the "Screen" configuration interface but only in the "layout" configuration interface where it doesn't let you move fields into tabs.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

I don't think you can move these as they aren't actual fields (or else you could find them under Custom Fields in the Administration).

Just seems like a strange limitation when you can move them everywhere else in the layout except for the tabs
