I am using the Smartsheet Jira Connector to push new initiatives and features to a specific project in Jira.
After pushing the Initiative and Feature to my jira project, I use the Issue Links field in Smartsheet and enter the following in the row where the child (aka feature) is: is a child of... JTID-1234
After running the Jira Connector I get an incomplete message and the following reason: Unexpected error occurred. begin 0, end -1, length 10
