How do you import multiple users to a field or multiple items to a checkbox field?

If you have a checkbox field with 4 options, how do you import an issue that has 3 of those checkboxes filled out? Or if I have multiple watchers, how do I get them all imported?

I only posted this question so I could post the answer:

If you have  checkbox with multiple options selected for your issue import, spread that field out into 1 column per option all under the same header.

EX: Custom field and columns would all be named "Elements". Each column would have 1 of "Fire", "Earth", "Water", etc.

I don't believe it matters which order you put them in, so long as they exactly match the string of the option.

When you import this issue, you will only need to map 1 "Elements" column to your "Elements" custom field. Same can be done for multi-user fields such as Approvers or Watchers.
