How do you contact the Jira Administrators about the Mojang login system emails?

I need to sign in to my Mojang account in order to report a bug on Minecraft. However, I was not able to remember my username. I used the Forgot Username area. I put in my email, and it said it was sent. It didn't send, though. It says to contact my Jira administrators, but it doesn't say how. How do I contact them?

You'll need to contact Mojang themselves for help.

Usually, when an instance of Jira mentions contacting your Jira Admins - it means the administrators of the instance itself.

Look for a contact us, help or support page via Mojang's website for assistance :)
