How can you add notes that are linked to a JIRA issue to be linked to history.

Hi Jamie,

Your screenshot shows how to share an issue URL: an email is sent with URL (Link to issue) and text from Note. That action is not registered in issue history.

Maybe, you could add a watcher and write a comment.
