How do we resolve “ReadOnly” status of plans?

Have an issue with “Plans” being “Read Only” and seek to resolve this context.Anticipating this might have something to do with account permissions. Thank you for your feedback.

Please provide more information. Where are you accessing the "Plan"? Can you provide a screen image?

What action is being taken that is leading you to conclude the plan is read-only?
