How do we implement UI path for Jira? 

Use cases: Like backing up Jira projects independently whenever there are any updates to them everyday. So, if a Jira project is mistakenly deleted, we can restore just that project which isn't currently available from Atlassian.

Any other uses of UI path implementation for Jira?

I'm also interested in using UIpath, but to administer users.
After searching about it, I only could find this https://connect.uipath.com/marketplace/components/jira-software-integration/media

I don't think that they have explored deeply the possibilities with Atlassian yet.

What do you mean by "UI path"?  This needs to be explained in detail before we can start to answer the question.

Backups have nothing to do with UI or path, so I'm really not sure quite what you are talking about here?
