How do we get an additional Test Jira Cloud and JIRA Service Desk environment? We have frequently run into user conflicts during test process with running test projects in our production JIRA Service Desk tasks. How do you guys have a second routine TEST environment for testing Jira Cloud and JIRA Service Desk projects? Any suggestions will be helpful.
Usually we have 2 environments in other applications:
Prod environment and Test environment.
We will like to have both Prod and Test environment (instead of just one Prod env) for Jira Service Desk assignments.
Thanks again my man Kris. I like how yu break these things down for all. I like the second option.
Option: ".....to move it to another Cloud instance, Atlassian shall help".
I'll follow-up with Atlassian. Im still new at this especially if it'll require copying the existing prod data/instance/environment to any newly purchased Cloud instance. Thanks again. Hope you don't mind if I contact down the road for other Cloud instance related assistance.
Thanks man.

Try this - atlassian-cloud-staging-and-testing-environment
it gives you several options. I would go with setting up a free site personally.

How can one proceeds to copy the production data in service desk to this new test after one chooses to try the 7 day option?
How do you copy production data in service desk to a new environment?

If you are purchasing the Cloud subscription, your data continues to stay in the paid instance.
If you want to move it to another Cloud instance, Atlassian shall help.
If it's a stage environment that you want to move to, request Atlassian for the backup.
I hope that helps.

Kris
