We have 93 GB of data but less than 10 Users , Is there a way we can move to the Free Plan ? How do we easily delete attachments ?
To find issues with attachments, you do can this for a search:
attachments is not EMPTY
That will give you list of issues with attachments. Then, I believe you will have to go into each ticket and removed the attachment manually. I didn't find an automated way.
