We're upgrading to Jira Enterprise and are excited about the ability to create multiple sites within one org. We anticipate many users needing access to multiple sites. We have managed users due to owning our domain. If a user is given access to two sites and the same product on both (example, Jira) does that count as 1 or 2 against the total Jira license count?
