How do obtain the Download Icon to my JIRA Board Screen, when not all issues are mine?

How do obtain the Download Icon to my JIRA Board Screen, when not all issues are mine? I want to download all, not just my issues from a Board but do not have the download icon for this capability unless I select only My Issues. How do I get the capability to download all Issues from a particular board?

Can you send a screenshot of where you are trying to do this? You can always go to the "search issues", create a filter and then export.

Or use the filter that's existing for that board. Agree with Jack that a screenshot would be helpful for where you're seeing a download icon. I can't locate one on my boards, just the print cards option.
