How do i setup assignee(resource working on sprint) time off days in JIRA ?

When assignee(resources) working on a sprint takes time off, how do i setup time off so it reflects available resource time for comparisons with  sprint level estimate of scope

Which Jira subscription plan do you use - Free, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise?

How are you currently tracking resource capacity? The Free and Standard subscription plans don't include any resource capacity management tools, as far as I know. That would require a Premium or Enterprise plan or a third party app.
