How do i release the tickets i have completed from my board every month

How do i release the tickets i have completed from my board every month

i have the project boards but from there when i press release i get feedbacks that there are no issues to be released (even if they are in status done)

Are the issues to be released all in the far right hand column of your Kanban board?
