How do i get created, updated and resolutiondate to be in UTC all the time

Currently what I'm noticing is that when I use `/rest/api/2/search` for Cloud Jira end point to query for tickets, the datetime fields are returning in server time. 

When I use the same api for on-premise I get back the datetimes in the timezone of the Agent's timezone.

Is there a way to make this consistent and return the datetime to be in UTC?
