How do i extract a clear hierarchy report showing all epics stories plus status (Jira Cloud)?

I am currently using Jira Cloud for a large scale transformation project. I would like to view and download a list of all issues that clearly shows the heirachy and status.

I have tried using the Structure Cloud plugin but unfortunately this plugin does not yet have the stories under epics extender (which would have been ideal!)

I am looking for something along these lines>
