How do i enable a text box upon transition to a particular status of a workflow

I have my current workflow

Eg. Workflow 1 

Flow -> ToDo-->InProgress-->Done

Question

I want to mandate a field a which needs to get comments from user while transitioning the issue status from InProgress to Done. 

How do i do this ?

CMP - edit the workflow and add a screen to the transition that exposes the desired field. Add a Validator that requires the field during transition.

TMP - more limited. You can see if the “check an issues field” would work for you. Click on ellipses and manage workflow then select the transition and add rule.
