How do i disable email notifications for certain confluence pages?

hi guys, i'm currently watching several confluence spaces, is there a way that i can receive email notifications for one space and not receive notifications for other spaces? If so, where can i manage these configurations? Thanks in advance

Are you referring to email notifications after certain page information changes in a particular space?

This type of email notification is triggered based on the user watching the space or page, and you can stop watching some of the space.

I did that, but not working
