How do i automate the jira issue creation with slack integration

I need to setup an automated workflow to create a JIRA task whenever a message is posted in to a slack channel along with the details as attachments.
I am part of Intuit. we use our own server "https://jira.intuit.com/"
How do i access that as atlassian account?

With the Halp app for Slack, you could configure a specific channel to automatically create a new Jira ticket for every message posted.

Once a ticket is created, the user can post comments and attachments in the Slack thread to sync those messages w/ the Jira ticket.
