How do get email address of worklog author, who logged time on issue?

Before I can get email address of worklog author, now when I dump data of worklog, I don't see it.

Please support for me.

I believe that the behavior you are reporting is related to the introduction of the new Profile and Visibility settings:

• Update your profile and visibility settings

This change has been widely announced long time ago in different places:

• Major changes to Jira Cloud REST APIs are coming to improve user privacy (May 2018)
• Major changes to Atlassian Connect APIs are coming to improve user privacy (Jun 2018)
• State of Atlassian Ecosystem changes to address privacy (February 2019)
• Upcoming changes to Atlassian account profiles (May 2019)

Guidelines for developers are available in the below threads:

• Guidelines for requesting access to email address

Now, even if you don't see the email address, you should be able to get the Public Name and the Account ID for the user.

However, since I am not sure I have a correct understanding on what you are trying to achieve, can you kindly provide more details? For example:

• How do you dump worklog data? Do you use a REST API call or any other way?
• Do you have any time tracking add-on installed or you just use Jira time tracking?

Please be also aware of the below bugs when handling non-managed users that have just been reported:

• JRACLOUD-72483 - REST API endpoints that return user objects leave email field blank for unmanaged users
• JSDCLOUD-8289 - API: Unable to fetch customer email address via API
• ID-7019 - Setting Account visibility to "Public" or "Collaborators" does not allow email address to show in API or UI
