How do each user pre-populate certain Story fields with their default values? I'm using JDC.

We are using Jira v7.6.10 Data Center.

Users are asking how can they individually set a default value for their Story fields.  Different users will have a different default field value.

Is there a Jira native way to do this without plugins or some other tool?
