How do I view past forms that I have filled in/submitted?

When sending open forms to users to fill in/complete, I want them to be able to refer back to the content of the form they submitted.

Is there any way for users to view past open forms that they have submitted (where the form is configured to a project that they do not have access to) or a way to be in email receipt of a copy of forms they submit?
