I need to prioritize my to do using sub tasks in backlog. In my project my sub tasks run concurrently, so I can be working on on 2 or more sub tasks at any given time.. I can only view tasks in the backlog & not the sub tasks.

Sub-tasks don't appear on the backlog because that's not really what a backlog is for.

You can only prioritise them within the issue of which they are a part of too, having them in the backlog wouldn't tell you much.

Thank you @Nic Brough How then can I best prioritise the sub-tasks. Can I do that in the To Do list on the Board.  The sub-tasks run concurrently although fall within the respective tasks.

You can do it on the board, if you've got swimlanes by issue, as then you're re-arranging them within their parent.  Otherwise you'll have to go to the parent issue to do it.
