How do I use JIRA Suite Utilities and other Add-Ons?

I have enabled JIRA Suite Utilities, Calendar, and Charting add-ons though I'm having trouble actually using them. The wiki configuration guide does not have instructions for the OnDemand version of these plug-ins.

Hello Ethan,

Let's start with one because the usage should not change too much from onpremise to ondemand. For instance if you

• go to one of your existing workflow (In Administration)
• create a Draft
• click on an existing transition
• click add postfunction

You should see, amongst the others, the postfunctions provided by Jira Suite Utilities https://jsutil.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JSUTIL/JIRA+Suite+Utilities+Workflow+Post-Functions

If NOT it means that the plugin has not been installed correctly and we can move from there.

let's try the following:

Calendars Plugin

https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JCAL/JIRA+Calendar+Plugin

try to go to one of your projects, and you should be able to see the calendar project tab

Charting Plugin

provides reports and gadgets https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JCHART/JIRA+Charting+Plugin

• create a test dashboard
• click add gadget
• look for the Workload Pie Chart (provided by the charting plugin)

Same as before, if don't see the expected result it probably means that there is an installation issue
