I need to update the email address that receives the invoices every month. I tried to follow the instructions I found but the platform navigation and page information seems to have changed. What is the current way to do this?
@Hass Chapman I added the email as a "Billing Admin" - I didn't have to invite user or anything..
Note, I did add "my-invoices@domain.com" as billing contact on bitbucket (on the old Licenses page) and then within new I added same email my-invoices@domain.com and it picked up the First/Last name I gave it on Licenses page.
Presumably... this worked

@Hass Chapman For me, the old way at my.atlassian.com also still works. But I guess it's only a matter of time until our cloud instance also has the changes that you're already seeing ...
Where is that link "Atlassian Billing Console" sending you to? https://admin.atlassian.com/billing?
When I head to that "new" Billing Console, this is what I see:
I really don't want to try this, until I have to ;-)
What are you seeing there? Is this maybe the new, right place?

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, the link takes me to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing/ and there I can't find anywhere to edit the email addresses that should receive the invoices.

Each SEN is a different product license and you can open them to update the Billing email. This is what I have understood you are trying to do.
If not, please give us your feedback and either I or someone else will try to help.

That is exactly what I am trying to do but I do not see the view in your screenshot. I see this:

The invoices are sent to Organisation admin. Here are the steps to change email:
1. Login to admin.atlassian.com as Org. admin;
2. Click on the initials badge in the top right screen and select "Your profile";
3. Choose "Email" tab;
4. Update.

That appears to change my email preferences. How do I change a different email? We had a person from finance that received all the invoices but that person has now left the organisation and I need to send the invoices to someone else.

I have the same problem, visiting https://my.atlassian.com/products/index shows only 1 product out of 4, and my email is already on this single product but I don't receive any invoices!?
