How do I unfreeze lists which won't move?

Lists won't move - very frustrating!

What do you mean by "lists" and "moving"?

Hi Meg, I am not sure what you are referring to here? You mention a “list” freezing. What is this list? Can you explain further? Maybe a image would help.
