Currently, every time I click the 'create' button to bring up the new issue form, the form is pre-filled with the details from an issue that I previously created.
I would like to turn this off, and I remember checking a box somewhere in JIRA to enable this functionality, but I cannot figure out where that is.
This is a for a team managed scrum board.
Where can I find the setting to turn off this form history?
