How do I transfer data from Redmine to Jira?

I found this 2019 article about importing Redmine data to Jira:

However, when I install/look for the Jira Redmine Importer plugin, it doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Should there be another article for me to follow?

Any advice is much appreciated!

Hi @Stefannie Tan 

You will need to export your Redmine data to a CSV file and use the Jira CSV importer.
