How do I take a backup of cloud project in folder

Hi Team 

I am new to this jira software, i need a clarification on how we can take a backup of metadata of a " Cloud "project in folder which includes all workflows,scripts,custom fields,schemes etc and push/commit that folder to bitbucket..

Currently, it's not possible to create a backup of a single project in Jira Cloud or Server. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
