How do I stop receiving personal notifications from the Jira BOT in Slack?

I integrated JIRA with one of our team channels in Slack but now continuously receive personal notifications from the JIRA BOT. I would like to keep the integration but stop receiving the notifications. Can you please advise?

@Abdi Sheikh 

  • Either have them sent to spam folder which is the easiest.
  • Have your JIRA Admin make a change to the Project Notification Scheme which I am not sure how many projects will be affected.
