Hi,

I am trying to export a next-gen project from my company's instance (old) and import it to our client's instance (new). In this thread I found how to export.

A few questions about how to properly import, however:

1) When importing my export into a test project on my own company's instance, I got a lot of errors such as
- doesn't have a valid Parent Id selection

- [ Sprint-id moet een getal zijn: Vanzelf.nl ]

- doesn't have Subtask Issue Type, its Parent Id mapping will be ignored

- Aan gebruiker '5e6f563a980acf0c2c346e3b' kunnen geen issues worden toegewezen.

This seems to have to do with the new project not completely matching the old project. However I don't really understand what these errors mean and how to fix this. How can I make sure the exported issues can be properly imported into my new project on the new instance?

2) When importing, I had to match a list of values from my old project (dropdown on the right) to a way longer list of values (fixed list on the left). I skipped a lot of the ones on the left but I also missed a few there, such as comments, which was actually in the export and in my dropdown list on the right. I assume this also has something to do with the project not matching 100%. Is that correct? How do I fix this?

3) How can I import attachments? I see them as a link in the csv but not in the abovementioned left/right list.

4) Is it possible to export and import the value of in which swimming lane an issue is currently in (in the current sprint, in the board) when I re-create these exact swimming lanes in the new project? I don't see any of the swimming lane values in my export.

Thanks in advance for your help!
