How do I set-up Groups

How to create or set-up a Group/Teams in Jira Service Management and assign specific request for that group.

For ex.

Group 1 has a service request(common request (get it help, setup VPN), etc.) and incident requests

while Group 2 only has limited request only service request (get it help). Is this possible?

This is possible, just have to do group, a field and automation

We have to create a Group in Jira user Management. Add the users to the respective groups
Create a group picker field in custom field.
After these you have to write an automation on this, based on the request type edit issue to add the group picker field to that particular group.
