How do I set a "Due date" in a business day using Jira Automation?

Hi,

I want to use Jira automation and set a "Due date" after 10 business days.

With smart values "BusinessDays", company holidays cannot be set individually.
What should I do?

Hi Karen,

In Automation Rule Business days are considered to be Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Every Company has different holidays on different days. So its difficult in automation rule to make it for all company so they keep it general Monday to Friday.

How the automation rule come to know which day is company holidays.  You have to then mentioned those company holidays and compare with due dates whichever will be the outcome of automation rule if its holidays then accordingly you need to increase the days.

But its difficult through automation rule you need to write some script on postfunciton through which you can do.
