How do I select Work Log Description in my filter results?

I would like to pull the work log description information in my filters but the column is not available to select.

Is that configurable? How do I get that information in my filter results?

It is not possible unless you pull that info to some custom field, via a plugin. Again, there will be more than one worklog and that is also not sensible!
