How do I see changes people make to a Scrum Board Filter Query

I have multiple scrum boards in a project. 

2 boards in particular seem to have folks changing the Filter Query - then i get the complaints the board is not working. 

Or they add columns and place them in the wrong position or just do things that make it difficult for the teams to do their job. 

I have One board that was deleted and our Jira Admins do not know why nor could they find the audit trail

Is there a board history of changes view i can see as the Admin of a project?

How do we se who is messing with the Boards (not the issues i know how to look at  that history).

No, there is not an audit log for changes that are made to filters, nor for changes made to the configuration of boards.

If you want to prevent such changes, or control them better, then the Edit Permissions for the filters need to be restricted so that limited people can edit the filter. And for the board the Board Administrators need to be restricted to limit who can change the board.
